Now regularly packing out their 2600 capacity matter home,
Kinky invite Spain’s number 1 DJ Wally Lopez to town for their
February 13th party. Sidney Samson, Juan Kidd, Baggi
Begovic and Kid Massive also play at this, the launch party for
our Kid Massive mixed compilation CD!
Wally Lopez is Spain’s leading jock. He runs two top labels, has
remixed everyone from Bob Sinclair to Dirty Vegas, gets props
from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo and Steve Lawler and has
played everywhere from Pacha to The End to Ministry of
Sound. His house credentials, then, are second to none...
prepare to shake those hips.
Dutch man Sidney Samson is making his London debut atKinky
and is all set to have a top ten hit with his ‘Riverside’ rack
when it’s released in the UK in January, as it’s a track which
has alreadyreached number 8 on the Dutch Top 40 and made
the tenth slot of the Austraian Charts. It’s a serious house
production by a man who also runs a label and gets support
for his work from the likes of house heroes Tom Novy, David
Guetta and Laidback Luke: if he’s good enough for them, he’d
good enough for Kinky!
Juan Kidd is man responsible for the dark, techy, house sounds
you’re hearing in the clubs right now - his sound is dirty but
expertly polished. He’s one of few people to officially remix
Faithless, gets played by Pete Tong and has released n Cr2
Records... a talented artist for sure. More straight up house
music comes from Baggi Begovic and Kid Massive – a Kinky
favourite who we are delighted has mixed us our compilation
CD released which is released tonight.
Joining what has, for 11 years, been an excitable and mixed
crowd of sexy people and uplifting, feel good house music is
what any clubber should do this February... make sure you are
