Well after the stonking success of the first summer session we are returning to Anexo for another summer house special. This time though we aren’t alone as we have invited our friends from Groove Factory to join us.
Groove Factory has been rocking in the lush confines of the Finborough Bar in Earls Court lately and we thought they would be the perfect partners to join us in our house odyssey. With residents Rich O, CD, Paul Henry, Richard Launch and Phil Reynolds this party has been setting tongues a wagging amongst funksters across the capital. From Groove Factory we welcome London superstar DJ Phil Reynolds who will be showcasing his housey skills as well as the back to back partnership of CD and Paul Henry – expect lots of funky ass basslines! These guys will rock it.
From becomeone we have your resident Tim Davison who will be closing the party with his sublime selection of house, breaks and twisted prog and also appearing for becomeone will be Anil Chalwa. Anil is resident at Maidstone club Mongo Bongo and has recently become something of a fixture on the London house scene having played Turnmills a number of occasions. Anil will be kicking off the party with some sultry deep house.
Headlining the event is Going Places stalwart Tania Von Pear. Tania is one of the most loved DJs on the London house scene and can be found gracing the decks at The Gallery on a monthly basis. Tania will be joining us for a two hour peak time set that’s bound to get your hips moving! Check out the Going Places radio show on www.ministryofsound.com to hear what this lady is all about.
Plus! We will have the turnmills BBQ back with lovely burgers and sausages and we will have more drink specials for you including buy one/get one free offers! Make sure you get there early to take advantage of this cheap booze! As with the last party we are starting at the later time of 16:00 and going on to midnight. We will have the outdoor area again so you can eat and drink al fresco! Hopefully in lots of warm sunshine!
So please join us on the 14th for the very best house music around, lots of cheap booze, yummy food and hopefully buckets full of sunshine!
