This is pure bliss, so refreshing. Its got raw energy, its got blood and sweat and its got me jumping up and down like a happy little rave monkey inside the palace. This is hard but it's infectious, it bounds along at a great pace and comes crashing in with a wicked driving bassline. Then the vocal comes in, almost chant like. I cant even make out what is being said but I know I like it and its certainly unique to anything you will currently here out there.
When the break arrives it stips itself bare, the riff is minimal and the bassline wobbles through the speakers while the chant picks up momentum. As it builds to its climax there are so many energetic sounds going on and then its off, smashing back in at great speed. This is almost like good old fashioned hard house from yesteryear, when Tripoli Trax provided the breding ground and the Knuckleheadz dominated with tracks like Raise Your Hands and House Rocca. However you perceive it, its nothing but good quality, very well produced hard house that's currenty being hammered by the likes of Farley wherever he goes. And if you like this, wait till you hear the next one !
