Age: | 47 | Background: | Max Traxx – Discography 2006
Max Traxx has been spinning the turntables for over ten years, playing diverse styles and many different genres, Max can now be heard playing all kinds of House music from Funky right through to tougher heads down stuff with the some breakbeats thrown in for good measure.
Max landed a regular slot in 1999 playing for Tribal Kaos, at venues all over London including The Drome, The pleasure rooms and cloud 9 delivering rocking dancefloor sets to the party faithful. In 2000 Max became a resident with Pickle Promotions who’s home was at the massive Imperial gardens in Camberwell, South London as well as playing at Pickles infamous outdoor parties all over the country. In 2001 things started to take off with Max getting over to play at Global Warming In Galway, Ireland and by the end of the year had reached out as far as Thailand playing regularly on the party scene in Bangkok.
Spinning vinyl and cd’s Max fuses beats together with a smooth, transitional style. His sound is high energy with Funky, tribal beats and big bass lines to rock the dance floor, this added with the passion Max brings to the decks creates an energy which will rock any club.
Currently Max is playing at No Forms pushing dirty house to crowds in both London at the Colosseum in Vauxhall and at nights in the surrounding counties.
Max whips up a much funkier crowd at Freeze in Brixton’s world famous Fridge, and for those that really like to rock Pulse’s boat parties up and down the Thames. Upcoming gigs include Hard Dance Industry at Dance Industry studios in Brixton and the Pulse after parties, which promise to be nights to remember.
